Returns & Exchanges
At Real Bad Man, we stand by our gear, but if something isn't hitting right, you have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return for store credit or an exchange. Items must be in original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand off your return package to the designated carrier within 5 business days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing.
Receive Store Credit
Upon arrival and inspection at our warehouse, we will issue your store credit via email, minus a small restocking fee.
